Floors are of either terrazzo, terracotta or of Bangkirai hardwood parquet from Borneo. Roofs are alang-alang with Bangkirai hardwood as the roof structure. Shaft and pillars are coconut timber. Interior in most of bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen area are made from teak wood with melamine finishing and traditional rattan floor mat.
